By accessing and using HS IT Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Permission is granted to temporarily use the services provided by HS IT Solutions for personal or business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
The materials on HS IT Solutions' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. HS IT Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall HS IT Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on HS IT Solutions' website, even if HS IT Solutions or a HS IT Solutions authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on HS IT Solutions' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. HS IT Solutions does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
HS IT Solutions will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines but does not guarantee exact delivery dates due to the complex nature of software development.
Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, information, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure project progress.
Scope changes after project commencement may result in adjusted timelines and costs. All changes must be approved in writing by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the work product. HS IT Solutions retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received during the course of service provision.
